Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle product availability, ordering, pricing, and delivery in select locations. By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.

PRODUCTS

• Availability: All products listed on the Today Foods Platform (“Products”) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order and may reject all or part of an order if necessary. Additionally, we may discontinue Products without prior notice.
• Product Description: We make every effort to accurately display the description, colors, and images of our Products. However, we cannot guarantee exact pictorial representations due to technical reasons.
• Pricing: Prices and descriptions of the Products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any modification in price, suspension, or discontinuance of the Products.
• Variance in Quantity: Due to the nature of the Products, there may be a variance between the quantity ordered and the quantity supplied. You will only be charged for the quantity of the Product that has been supplied to you. Any excess amounts paid will be refunded to you, with the refund method determined by Today Foods. If the quantity supplied exceeds the quantity ordered, any additional amount due will be adjusted against your next order.
• Product Care: Please read the instructions on the packaging of each Product carefully, especially since the Products sold on the Platform are perishable goods.
• Offers: Any offers available on the Platform are subject to the terms and conditions listed on the Platform in relation to such offers.
• Intellectual Property: Today Foods holds proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products. You shall not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any Product manufactured and/or distributed by Today Foods.

ORDERING

• Operating Locations: We currently deliver Products and offers only in select locations in the city of Hyderabad and Secunderabad only (“Operating Locations”). We do not service orders outside these Operating Locations. Any changes in Operating Locations will be communicated on the Platform.

DELIVERY

• Delivery Charges: Today Foods may charge delivery and handling charges, as determined from time to time, along with applicable taxes.
• Delivery Time: While we strive to deliver orders on time, actual delivery times may vary from the time mentioned when placing an order. We will keep you updated about any delays in delivering Products.
